The only reason for the new nzbget-ng github org is that I've been unable to reach hugbug to ask if he'd transfer it (and things like nzbget.net, etc. For pushing out updated versions). I needed to find a "higher than youtube quality" version of a demo album, which the only working downloads I've found for them is in an Nzb file (https://livegigs.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=110), and I've figured out that it's related to usenet and all that. Check porkbun.com, namesilo.com, then namecheap.com. They offer most but not all TLDs but each offers a few the other doesn't. There are some that none of them offer so you can try GoDaddy but they're pricey. Those three are among your best bets for long term low pricing. Source: 6 months ago
