In practice, once you've settled on some dietary routine, one can just do a 'spot check' on a typical daily diet, just to see if there may be some nutrient that is of particular concern. For me, its typically magnesium or zinc. You could look up the nutrients in it. I used to use nutritiondata.self.com, but they still haven't updated their system to show amino acids after Flash stopped being supported. Epicpen is even closer to what I'm looking for, but the only problem with it is that there is an annoying toolbar that pops out when you use it. The “hide toolbar” hotkey it has also hides the drawing, and even minimized the toolbar is not small enough to put off the screen. Source: almost 2 years ago
