So I can't put a number on how many years it'll add to your retirement target, but these are the main factors. There a few decent forecasting tools like Projectionlab for long-term planning and Nova Money for the daily stuff. Have a go at different scenarios (1 child, 2 children...) and I'm willing to wager it'll be more than 5 years. Source: 12 months ago
