I tried obsidian but felt it had too many gears and knobs and spent too many times fiddling with them. Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth implementing Elasticsearch until you have hundreds of thousands of records or you need something search engine specific (i.e. facets). The full-text search in Postgres is really fast these days.
