What camera do you use? I use my 2018 iPhone Xs, actually! There's a great iOS app called NightCap which has a photo setting specifically for ISS flyovers (http://nightcapcamera.com). You can go around some of the extra processing by using other camera apps, for example "Open Camera". It can even shoot RAW photos, so that the least amount of processing is applied to the image.
