Nifty CoggleI’ve tried a plethora of PM tools and most of them were clunky, complicated, or lacked the proper features that our team needed. ClickUp was the latest headache we experienced. It tried to do a lot of things, but was never really good at one thing. It got so confusing as the projects grew bigger.
Based on our record, Coggle should be more popular than Nifty. It has been mentiond 12 times since March 2021. I find that reflecting on my experiences and going out of my way to really analyze the pitfalls and things done correctly helps a lot. I normally use coggle.it to mind map the whole experience overview and then which elements of the project seemed to be improvements and which parts where potentially poorly executed.
