*1. New Relic *— it’s a tool to check on the slow performance of your app. If any action of the user takes longer than usual, NewRelic will inform you about that. - Source: dev.to / 8 days ago

Using APM tools like NewRelic, Sentry, Datadog, etc to monitor the performance of your application and while you're on it, they can help you identify N+1 queries. - Source: dev.to / about 2 months ago
These tools track server and underlying infrastructure and backend performance. They monitor several metrics, like disk I/O, CPU and memory usage, network traffic, and more. Some examples of these tools include New Relic, Datadog, and AppDynamics. Web administrators can use them to see what's causing slow SRT, like high CPU usage or network traffic. 11 Application performance: Before we even perform a deployment, we should configure monitoring tools like Retrace, DataDog, New Relic, or AppDynamics to look for performance problems, hidden errors, and other issues. Https://luminusweb.com/ has been used over the years to generate sane starting point apps. It is well worth checking out. The https://luminusweb.com/docs/profiles.html page gives a pretty good hint at the different library options available for the various different functions of a framework. so even if you are building your own it is a decent reference. The cljs stack I hear about a lot (and use) is ShadowCLJS with reagent (https://reagent-project.github.io/) and re-frame (https://day8.github.io/re-frame/). ShadowCLJS is more of a build tool, but is really well documented and easy to use. Reagent is basically react but a simpler API, and re-frame is a layer on top of that provides data subscriptions and event-handlers to manage app state. It's overkill for some... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
