Get a Kill-A-Watt, or something similar and start seeing how much power those things draw. My mini fridge uses about 400 watts per day. Rather than getting a coffee pot, get a french press and a good thermos. And instead of the tv and dvd player, can you just have a couple of tablets instead? They use far less power. Go to the router panel settings, you should be able to redirect some hostnames (like tiktok.com or whatever) to a custom ip or domain name like 127.0.0.1, so no devices could reach their servers as they will redirected to somewhere else. Source: 12 months ago
Here is what you can try though: In JD, go to Settings - Plugins - tiktok.com - Download Mode - Change this to the opposite of what it currently is. If you are lucky, those items are downloadable now (only applies for items added after changing this). If that doesn't help, I recommend changing that setting back to default. Source: 12 months ago
