I've first found out about R&D Tax Credits on this very Subreddit approx a month ago. After looking into the pros and cons, we decided to move forward on this opportunity. (It's a no-brainer for tech startups, most would agree). We're now focused on finding a reputable R&D tax credit firm to work with. Make sure you are set up with your state tax authorities. Most states have guides for setting up a business. For business compliance, I use: complyant.co.
