  Not all CPAs are super well versed in r&d credits, though. In fact, most aren't. But all CPAs can easily incorporate r&d credits into your taxes (takes 2 min). Pulling together bulletproof documentation is pretty important, in my view. That's been our focus at neo.tax, because one of our founders was an IRS agent.
