There is also https://nativescript.org/ which would allow you to use Vue (or several other frameworks) to build a mobile app. Used it myself a while back for an iPad app using Vue 2 and it was pretty straightforward. I'm using DevExtreme in one of my project, which is a suite of components that's relatively cheap for what's included but powerful. The only downside is it's a general purpose library of components, so it doesn't always feel "Angular native".
