I'm the founder of napkin.io, which lets you code and deploy cloud functions from your browser. I'm also a relatively passive ETH holder/enthusiast. I wrote up a blog plost on how you can use Napkin to create your own ETH monitoring service and thought perhaps it'd be of interest to people here!
