• I feel like I’ve watched everything I like so please either give me something I haven’t watched yet based on my list or give me something I haven’t watched yet in general. I’m willing to expand my taste outside of shonen, medieval fantasy, and isekai.

• Why is nearly every anime rated close to 5 stars or at least over 4, do they not understand 2.5 is average? Just random generic, plotless isekais are here getting like 4.9... are you fr? Stop rating everything 5 stars that defeats the entire purpose.

  There's a limited amount of data sources, but another one is anime-planet.com, which has tags for all anime. They used to be fairly basic, but over the years the tags got more specific and more numerous, so that's where I go when I want to look up an anime. Source: over 1 year ago

• I have no idea what this genre of character is called (if it even is one) but I love shows with main characters of this type and want more of them.

  It might be worth looking the characters up on anidb.net or anime-planet.com and checking their tags, and then looking up other characters who have those tags. Source: over 1 year ago
