  I'm not sure there is any time tracking solution that has direct integrations with Microsoft Planner. So you should look for a time tracking app with export capabilities.   - I use a website called Hours with friends so we can hold each other accountable. The time lapse trick is one too - I took this video specifically because I was struggling to focus - because I don't want my time lapses to be of me wandering off onto Reddit when I should be studying.
