I'm not sure there is any time tracking solution that has direct integrations with Microsoft Planner. So you should look for a time tracking app with export capabilities. I woul recomend myhours- https://myhours.com/, because of the simplicity. I actually use the web version the most but also mobile version. I mainly use it for time tracking but it has other functions that I don't know that much about. Source: about 1 year ago
Https://myhours.com/ has a free version that does just that. You can track your activities and then at the end of the week or something check how you spent your time. And there's a mobile version too. Source: over 1 year ago
