My Devices VS Josh.ai

I've used outdoor soil sensors from mydevices.com. Once I told them to stop trying to upsell me on the Lora gateways and use Helium, its worked flawlessly. Its been like 6 months and the battery still registers 100%. Reports every 15 minutes and the data credits find their way to 3-4 different hotspots in the area. Source: over 2 years ago

a lot of the recommendations here are time consuming. if you do control4 or something similar, it's not time consuming but the integrator that you hav to purchase from will more than likely not give you access to your system. you could do c4 with josh.ai on top of it. or just josh.ai on it's own but then you lose pool control but everything else you are asking for. you'll also have to play in their sandbox of... A voice-activated home automation system that works similar to Alexa but has no advertising has been available for over six years. That is the Josh.ai system and I bet there aren't too many owners that are unhappy with that system. And there are still a lot of things that Alexa can do that josh.ai can't do.
