Hey all, I've decided to learn a new programming language not so long ago and I decided to gain some experience by making a rich presence for MPD (Music Player Daemon, https://musicpd.org). Ok the simplest way I can put this is you have the audio out so the first choice is do you plumb that through the pi (overkill I don't think you need to though that will probably mean you might need an amp of some sort). I also use Roon, which is a little complicated to describe here. Basically I have my own home server with music on, and then I can use the Roon ARC app to access it on the go, similar to above (and is similar to PlexAmp mentioned elsewhere here). Source: 10 months ago
