The fee estimation you're seeing on multidoge.org may be incorrect. I downloaded and opened the wallet myself and I'm actually getting a, "Warning: fee estimation is currently not possible" message. Note that the prices of network fees are universal and correlate with general network congestion/inputs. Ubuntu by default comes with the bash shell. Bash is great but I personally find it harder to customize. That is why I use Z shell, more commonly known as zsh.
