The fee estimation you're seeing on multidoge.org may be incorrect. I downloaded and opened the wallet myself and I'm actually getting a, "Warning: fee estimation is currently not possible" message. Note that the prices of network fees are universal and correlate with general network congestion/inputs. You can either use a lite wallet such as http://multidoge.org which works similarly to the standard wallet available at dogecoin.com except it does not have to sync, making it more hassle-free. However, some people prefer the interface of the original dogecoin client. Source: about 3 years ago

Hello support. I'm in the US and have a Binance.com account I opened back in 2017. I recently tried to withdraw from this account and withdrawals have been suspended. I was unaware that I needed to migrate to binance.us. I have not yet filed an appeal. I just opened a binance.us account and am awaiting appeal.
