Hi, it just occurred to me to share a browser extension I've used for a while, that's nice for a lot of things, it shows up on your new tab page, and has a nice picture and nice quotes but also has a place to identify what you're trying to, focus on, but it also first asks you your name (and you can change it whenever you want) and then regularly addresses you with that name when you open a new tab, it's called... I've been using https://exist.io/ for years. It can automatically sync a bunch of info from Apple Health and other providers, but also allows you to create custom data fields and manually enter data.
