Mocks are quick apis you can set up (mockable.io is a popular one) in a couple minutes that can be configured to provide an endpoint and a static response that you tell it to. Using that, you can hit the mock endpoint with your front end code. 3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
