  I found something called Mobirise which seems to tick all my boxes. It definitely runs offline (it's a Windows executable and I disabled wi-fi to confirm) and exports my site locally as HTML as well as publishing direct to my domain, so that's good. • Stamp.com and shipstation integration can double charge you for labels without you knowing

  When I opened up the order history in stamps.com I noticed that there were dupliacte labels purchased for the same order number. Then I went over to shipstation to see if the duplicate shipping label were imported and there was no record of it being there at all.   I have been very happy with my Shipstation rates, but the incredible customer service I get direct with a UPS rep on my other accounts is second to none. • I found this whole mountain made of bonsai soil. I wish I could bag it up and take some home. This was incredible after paying $20 for a little bag of this stuff.
