I convert EPUBs to PDFs often with Zamar @ zamzar.com. You are limited to 2 or 3 free conversions per day. When you get to the site, note that "Convert to" format is found by having to scroll down a lot in column 2 under Document formats, which is below image types at the top of column. If your flash file is a simple animation/movie with no interaction, you might be able to find an app or site (zamzar.com maybe?) that'll convert it into a PPT-friendly video format. Source: about 3 years ago
