Https://mixkit.co (hopefully this link works if not you can google it) I did get a copyright claim once, but that was just because some video made by someone(which was a compilation of royalty free music I might add) included that song. On the site audiojungle.net, there's a scream called "Female Scream by WisanSound in Human Sounds" with a green gem as an icon on the side.
