I like the possibility to add some pictures to be rated by community. We can get some details on the score with detailed analysis. The main feature is free and you can use the entire website for free.
I use MyDatingReview website since few weeks now and I appreciate this tool ! When I submit a new picture, I get votes fastly and it's easy to see the best picture to use. The support is fast if you have a problem and I got some free credits by helping developpers on a bug discover. My Tinder profile is now better and I will continue to use this tool to improve my profile, not only on dating apps !

Maybe a raspberry pi that's on 24/7 connected to wifi and use that to send the wake over lan signal to the server? Arduino on the power pins also works, I did something quite similar but with a Bluetooth board, the code was really simple I just made an Android app with MIT app inventor that sent a signal to the hc_05 bt board, once the Arduino received that signal it shorted the power pin to 5v for half a second...
