Miraheze seems to be offering a platform to create private wikis and it runs the same software as Wikipedia. You do need to fill out a form and request a wiki but after that you and people you specify should be able to see and edit that wiki (with the exception of the main page which can be seen by everyone). I love data and I can't imagine anyone other than myself being interested in this information, lol. I've been using Tellico for a few years now. You can retrieve metadata from a number of sources, search for books based on ISBN and other factors, and even track lending. It's FOSS and actively maintained (latest release came out in February). It's a standalone desktop app, so no docker is necessary. Source: about 2 years ago
