Mintlify is the new kid on the block, sort of like a new club that just opened up. Their modern docs platform is clean and user-friendly and almost has the same vibe as a slick website builder. Goalkicker is a bit deceitful in the way they indicate the last update of thier material which doesn't apply to the content but only formatting.
