This reminds me of an iOS app I built years ago (primarily for myself) called Mindscope https://mindscopeapp.com - a visual, hierarchical text canvas. Scapple meets Workflowy if you will. I always loved this freer and more visual form of note-taking so it’s really cool to see a full-fledged, more complete solution with media/images and the whole nine yards.
