We are using Frill to collect user feedback and feature requests, as well as post announcements about new feature updates to our users.
I love how easy it was to connect Frill with our own system, including SSO support for seamless users authentication. We also integrated the Frill widget right into our product user's dashboard so it's easy to distribute announcements and collect new feature ideas this way.
One of the most satisfying product experiences I've had with a tool for our business. Their customer support is top-notch as well.
Frill is thoughtfully designed and simple to use while offering a complex and powerful level of customizability. It integrates seamlessly into our web app and has become a crucial part of the feedback loop with our customers
Based on our record, Mindmesh (Spot) should be more popular than Frill. It has been mentiond 8 times since March 2021. We're looking for help to build our Github integration. For context we are working on a Github integration for a tool my team is developing (note:this is not an ad, genuinely looking for insight to make our integration as good as possible). The tool is called Mindmesh ( mindmesh.com if you want a better idea) and it's meant as a virtual desk where you can centralize all the work you need to track (notes, todos,... I know you're probably not looking for another tool, as there are so many out there. But I was in your position a few months back, and recently discover https://mindmesh.com/ on Product Hunt's top product. Mindmesh helps you organize all your work stuff around a virtual desk, which has definitely helped me be productive. Source: about 2 years ago
I used to do a lot of copy/pasting from Slack to other apps. I didn't realize how much time it wasted until I recently discovered Mindmesh, a couple weeks ago #1 product of the day on Product Hunt. Whenever I get a slack that I want to save elsewhere, Mindmesh allows me to do so with one click. I haven't found anything else like this and thought I'd tell you all. Cheers. I recently discovered Mindmesh, this week's #1 product of the day on Product Hunt. It helps bring work from all your tools, including Todoist, onto a centralized workspace. I'm still n the waiting list, but from their video on product hunt, t's very worth trying (and free as of now). Source: about 2 years ago
What are your thoughts about setting up a frill? It'll make it super easy to see and have everything - all ideas and features with the proper organization, and users will be able to upvote features, see what's up, etc. Maybe put it on the sidebar too. Source: 12 months ago
Right now, the only one that comes to mind is https://frill.co/. I reckon it might be free for what you need and how much you'd use it. But I'll keep noodling on other services that might fit the bill. Source: about 1 year ago
