• Sometimes 3 random lines show up on the bottom of my phone restarting makes them disappear any ideas?

  If it were me, I'd install Automagic (free now from automagic4android.com) and use the overlay feature available in the "Control UI" action, and see if those things are something that can perform functions. You might be able to figure out what app it's from by that.
