Our step challenges allow your participants to get into teams, track their daily steps and exercise, and push themselves along a virtual map. It's a simple and cost effective way to engage with your employees or community, while boosting mental and physical wellbeing.
All of our step challenges use a real world virtual walking route that stops off at interesting and unusual milestones along the way. We've had a great response from our users about the routes and how much they enjoy learning about somewhere new around the world while they get out and about in their local neighbourhoods.
We've helped run step challenges for companies all over the world, from small independent companies in the UK, to tech giants in Silicon Valley.

Google mindbloom.com It is an amazing therapy that has done WONDERS for my self-image, and just general anxiety and depression. I have been doing it for like... 4 weeks now, and it's been quite the learning experience. I have been telling people about it left and right because of how positive the whole thing has been. We (Mindbloom) hired almost 100 PMHNPs in the last 18 months. Some states are particularly tricky for us to hire for. We've seen many Clinicians from less populated states get licensed in large states (like California, New York) so perhaps those larger states are more saturated. Source: about 1 year ago
If you are in the US, it is fairly easy to get Ketamine therapy as it became legal in 2019. You could either look for a clinic to receive Ketamine infusions by IV (a bit pricy, between $300-$500 but more effective), or use a service like mindbloom.com to receive ketamine lozenge by mail to melt in the mouth. My insurance covers ketamine treatments but none of the Ketamine centers around Madison accept it. It's expensive as hell. I considered the online thing mindbloom.com which is significantly cheaper but I"ve read some not very good things about it. Source: about 1 year ago
Mindbloom.com is another option. Same general idea, you don't need to to leave the house. It's closer to $400 a month though, but has a larger staff from what I gather, and offers zoom therapy with your treatments (sometimes there's a 100 off coupon -- not right now unforch, just checked-- maybe next month).
