Good habits are hard. Our brains are wired for short-term rewards. But good habits like waking up early, having a healthy diet can go a long way in making you more productive. You should just remember that sometimes you will fail at it, don’t be too hard on yourself at those moments. And try again. There are many streak apps that can help in tricking human psychology. Of course. I use The Productive App. I don't know if it's available on android or only ios. It also does have a free version, but the number of habits that can be saved is about five. I did pay for the premium version for a year. Source: over 2 years ago
