Weather.com is forecasting 6-10" in the area and saying travel could be difficult on Monday. It has the snow stopping around 10AM and the main highway is generally cleared as soon as possible. Source: 5 months ago

I see people on this subreddit talking about figuring out the day before which city to drive to based on cloud coverage, but I'm confused how that works. Are the weather predictions for different nearby cities that accurate that you will know which cities will be cloudy vs. clear?
