  Mercari.jp is the second most popular. Don't get this confused with mercari.com, because while it is the same company, the listings aren't transferable. Mercari is basically like facebook marketplace, first come first serve. They also hate proxy services, so its harder for people not in japan to buy from them. I'll explain more in the proxy section.   Bought two jackets on grailed.com for ~$400. I received tracking, two weeks later they are still "Your order will be shipped soon." and I found out the tracking numbers don't actually exist.
