I have never seen a multi cam product that comes w a built in hub/automated switching unit. Especially if you’re trying to use external mics. What you describe is more likely an internet speed or WiFi issue than an equipment issue. WiFi access point needs to be in the room, and if 50 people have their phones connected to the same WiFi, you’re going to need more bandwidth. Just wondering if anyone else has issues loading webex.com. Both chrome and edge just loop around loading. It's strange however as it works fine if I use a google search and use a direct link like https://www.webex.com/downloads.html. Source: 11 months ago
Go to webex.com and login. On the left side menu, choose Preferences (gear icon) and then choose Audio and Video from the tab menu. Under Audio Connection there is a section for Entry and exit tone. Make sure that is set to Beep. Source: over 1 year ago
