  If you're interested in reading more about current event in Russia, Meduza is a good source. You will need Google translate to read it though. It's an independent website that used to write about lots of different things, but now mostly focuses on current events.   I sure hope you're right, but if you go to finviz.com and scroll to the bottom, you'll see the insider transactions. It looks like about three dozen more or less, and with one exception, a purchase of 11,940 shares for $5,009, all of the insiders have been selling, including Diane.
