Recently, Shueisha has started to get into releasing series as soon as they start in Japan - insomuch as they announced a few months ago that starting next year, they would be simultranslating every new Jump+ series. Most of the series they have on MangaPlus are either translated by Viz (their official licensor who they partially own), or Medibang and Media Do.
