You are REALLY going to want to come out for a couple days and look around though. That's the only way to find something that you will feel comfortable in.   Any of the major sites: Zillow, Truilia, Apartmentslist, will have all the corporate owned places and a good majority of the smaller but professionally managed condos, etc. FB market place and Craigslist I've personally found to be where the majority of basement/ADU's are found.
