A potentially cheaper option: get yourself a small-to-mid-sized Android tablet or Chromebook (7-10" is the sweet spot for this for me, if that helps) and figure out a way to stand it up on your desk, and get an app called Matric on that and your PC. ShareX [1] is my other "must install" app. I never would have guessed how much my branch of engineering consists of "take a screenshot and draw lines, arrows and circles on it."
