Have tried manybot and livegram a week ago after someone suggested it here. But unfortunately manybot is just an admin tool not intended to be used by subscribers. I wonder what the student community of UIUC uses for things like this. Source: about 3 years ago

You know I tried a lot of things, todoist, any.do, meistertasks, notion, one note, google keep, microsoft excel, taskade and everything had some problem/flaw where I felt missing. I am still using google keep, all my raw material and quick thoughts are in it, but it cannot handle huge lists and starts becoming slow. It is just good for few lines.
