To be honest, YouTube is not only a platform where you can watch /download the video ,but a wonderful field where you can share and grow personally and help oher people to flourish through sharing your vision , art ,creativity ,etc.

Sounds like an education problem ? This kind of spam is an annoyance, but you learn to filter it out soon enough. Stack Overflow is a great example : its value is not so much in giving you a quick answer, but even more because you will see several answers, and the discussion around them.
