15 Alternatives to Mailinator
Maildrop has a more sophisticated page from which to generate disposable email addresses, and it is a good alternative to Mailinator. Generate a prefix where prompted and use the email as you see fit. Monitor the inbox and do what you need to do. It works well, and while a few providers have apparently blacklisted the @maildrop.cc address, it works in the vast majority of...

  • Effective Test Strategies for Testing Front-end Applications using LaunchDarkly Feature Flags and Cypress. Part2: testing
The proper solution to tests sharing state would be randomization. Unless we are locked to real hardware - even then there is virtualization - we can randomize anything. We saw an example of this in the blog post about email testing , under the section Achieving Stateless tests with unique emails. Somewhat related anecdote. Whilst we didn't get cut off, we found a huge drop-off in time to receive, and the quality of, support from our live chat/support messaging provider. Having been a customer since our launch [1], and very early after theirs, it has been really sad and frustrating to see that friendly distrupter energy zap out of the service. I get why businesses go through that changes like this during... - Source: Hacker News / about 3 years ago
  • Can you recommend an automation tool or library for testing received emails?

  • Inbound email spam. What are my options?
I did also briefly try https://heluna.com/ as it has a pricing modal that works for my use case and it has a nicer UI than mxguarddog. However I wasn't impressed that Heluna doesn't allow for delivering email on a non standard port to my mail server and they don't specify the source IPs they use to deliver mail to me so I can lock down my perimeter firewall to just those IPs. Both of these things mxguarddog allows... Source: about 2 years ago
