Great practice. - Gardening. Shut off the computer and leave the phone at home. Going off of https://swissdevjobs.ch/, there are 516 jobs listed, with 349 having german as a required language. While of course this isn't the definite answer, and maybe a lot of company would still hire someone who doesn't speak german, you are initially at a disadvantage trying to get hired with them.
