Fast forward to today, 4th of November, no tracking information on my email still. Furthermore, on my new attempts to contact support over chat - only the bot reacts, agents are not answering. I would assume a holiday, but the page claims 24/7 support. The phone support lists us number, but I am at Spain. Spanish / EU support page redirects to logitech.com (so, no local numbers). Well that's exactly the thing. Atm I am using motionEYE, but I have 3 streams that have to run at full 2K resolution in order to get a clear jpeg.
