There are definitely i18n solutions to problems like this, but have you looked at an agent based solution such as https://localizejs.com? Please do not try and make a false economy with medical translations. Oncology in particular is not a field where I would use a local service in VN. Searching Fivr or translate.com will just bring problems to you. Source: almost 2 years ago
