Maybe you could team up with LibreLingo, but the real hurdle as others have stated is getting the languages down, that takes real expertise, in fact LibreLingo is still stuck on Spanish as the only language you can learn. That said, I don't think the effort would be entierly wasted, if we built an app either on top of that or entirely from scratch, it would serve as a great base for other languages to be...
