Check levels.fyi , SoundCloud Level4, Level5 are barely reaching 100K with YOE 8-10 years. N26 - L4(Senior), L5(Lead) have avg TC around 80-85 and 100-105 respectively. Have you done pramp.com? I really really recommend it, even if you found a job. You can ask people to be brutally honest before you start and start collecting feedback for both technical and non technical skills.
