Check levels.fyi , SoundCloud Level4, Level5 are barely reaching 100K with YOE 8-10 years. N26 - L4(Senior), L5(Lead) have avg TC around 80-85 and 100-105 respectively. I tried to use EquityZen a few years ago, but unfortunately the company blocked the sale. I also talked to ESO Fund, but they weren't able to work with me since I wasn't a US citizen or resident.
