   1. My first experience with SwapSpace turned out to be a bit problematic cas I’m new in crypto. But the support of the site quickly resolved everything. I have exchanged BTC for XEL. The exchange was in the failed status because I entered the wrong one by mistake. But I got help quickly and the exchange was successful! Thanks guys.

  Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Been using fine for years (device genuine checked on ledger live and etc) and is authorised reseller from official ledger website ledger.com still 3rd party? Source: 9 months ago

• Transfer funds to other hardwallet if Ledger Nano S is defect?

  Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 10 months ago

• Nano X - Orange Box from Authorised Reseller from Ledger.com

  I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal?   Now, what I typically do with this is withdraw directly to an instant swap service (like changelly/fixedfloat) and I use swapspace.co to determine which service has the best price. I want to swap the remaining $100 ETH --> BTC. [Why do I do this? In a nutshell, it saves on fees.
