• Ledger from 3rd party

  Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Been using fine for years (device genuine checked on ledger live and etc) and is authorised reseller from official ledger website ledger.com still 3rd party? Source: 9 months ago

• Transfer funds to other hardwallet if Ledger Nano S is defect?

  Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 10 months ago

• Nano X - Orange Box from Authorised Reseller from Ledger.com

  I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal?   I literally used simpleswap.io ...but would have no issue using any of the others. The most important thing is to keep each swap on the same chain. So if you're sending UCDc to convert it to MATIC....be sure that your USDc is being send on the matic chain and that you are selecting MATIC coin to be received over the matic chain.   I'm sure people will correct me and say there's better ways but I've had good success using simpleswap.io for swapping between chains and that's how I flip my stables into bitcoin. Their terms state that they may ask for kyc but they never have for me. Source: 11 months ago
